State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak has said that the children of working families will not be excluded from the partnership of Digital Bangladesh.
The state minister opined so while addressing a discussion meeting organized by Singra Upazila and Municipal Workers League on the occasion of the 52nd founding anniversary of Bangladesh Jatiya Sramik League on October 12.
Palak said, “Mr. Sajeeb Wazed Joy, the worthy son of the people’s leader Sheikh Hasina, whose talent and hard work has placed Bangladesh on the face of earth as a tech-based Digital Bangladesh. Sheikh Russell Digital Computer Lab is being set up in every school in Bangladesh so that the children of my working family can also be partners of this Digital Bangladesh. Internet connection is being provided in every union of Bangladesh with modern fiber optical cable. Digital service employment training centers are also being set up in every Upazila of Bangladesh.”
The state minister further said that, the ICT Adviser to the Prime Minister, has gifted the Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center at Singra in Natore. Where, the children of Singra will sit on the soil of Singra with training and work in big organizations in Europe and America.
President of Singra Upazila Sramik League Jahangir Alam, General Secretary Ashraful Islam Swapan and Mayor of Singra Municipality Jannatul Ferdous were also present on the occasion.
