Humayun Kabir Nirab, head of sales and communications and public relations officer of e-commerce company Qcoom, has been sent to jail after a one-day remand.
Following an application by the investigating officer Tejgaon Industrial Area Police Sub-Inspector (SI) Ruhul Amin, the court on Sunday passed the order to send him in custody in the fraud case.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Morshed Al Mamun Bhuiyan’s court passed the order on Sunday.
Earlier, Nirab was arrested from Adabar in the morning of October 8 and taken to court. The court remanded Nirab for one day.
